B-Zone is made up of private hostels that provide quality hospitality service for students and non-students in the University of Ghana. TranSoniCa is blessed to have Abled-Student Ambassadors who provide quality service to cardholders, vendors and agents in this Zone. They are available for all your TranSoniCa needs.Â
Diaspora Halls Zone
D-Zone has six (main halls); Dr. Hilla Limann Hall, Dr. Alex Kwapong Hall, Elizabeth Frances Sey Hall, Jean Nelson Aka Hall, Jubilee Hall and International Hostel. Student Ambassadors in this Zone are available for take care of all your TranSoniCa needs.Â
Non-Resident Zone
N-Zone Ambassadors are the go to people when you are not a resident on campus. They fully understand how to make the best out of the TranSoniCa card. They will assist you in getting your card, topping up and using your card at Accra City Campus, Bush Canteen, Night Market and in the Academic Areas.
Traditional Halls Zone
T-Zone has seven (7) main halls and their respective annexes; Akuafo Hall, Commonwealth Hall, Legon Hall, Mensah Sarbah Hall, Valco Hostel, Vikings Hostel, and Volta Hall. Student Ambassadors in this zone are happy and ready to make sure that your transactions in the halls, markets and shops are smooth and safe. Â

B-Zone
Angela Abena Pomaa Boateng, studies Bsc. Banking and finance at the University of Ghana, level 300. Financial secretary of Bani International Hostel. Likes to play chess, hike, travel and watch movies. She is a strong believer in excellence in every aspect of life.
Serwaa Abrahams is a final year student pursuing French and Spanish. She is the Organizer for the Spanish Club. She loves to read and sing and is an honest person who is a delight to work with.
D-Zone
Afia Amoakowaa Asamoah, a level 300 student offering Geography and Archaeology. A member of the UG scholarship support desk, CEO of Efya’s Jewel Hub in service to God and humanity.
Elizabeth Serwaa Acquah is a Level 300 BA Geography and Sociology Student. She is reliable, hardworking and also works well in a team. She nas interest in music and books.
Gifty Ababio, is a level 300 BSC Accounting student. An open minded person and very hardworking.
N- Zone
Abban Kate, a level 300 student offers BA in Social work and Sociology. She believes in herself and her ability to work as a team. She is a sociable person and finds interest in music and cooking.
Nelson Priscilla Lekia, a level 200 student offers BA in Political Science and Information Studies. She is a member of the publicity committee of the Information Studies department. She is interested in reading and music. Her virtues in life are Patience and Love.
Nhyira Addo is a level 300 student offering Psychology and Human Resource. She is calm and reserved.
Prince Tawiah is a level 300 student reading Bsc. Accounting. He is an entrepreneur, saxophonist and a student’s advocate.
Rachael Asiedu is pursuing a B.A in Social work and Sociology at University of Ghana. She is a level 200 student as well as the Deputy Electoral commissioner for social work. She is also a Business Lady and a PENSA sheperd for Annex B Sarbah hall.
Rhoda Yeboah is a level 300 student offering BA Accounting and Economics. She is also very dedicated and hardworking.
Shirley Awudu Amankwah, a level 300 student offers BA in Political Science and French. She is the president of FRadio24, a radio broadcast group of the University’s French department. She is also a Youth Advocate and loves to listen to music
T-Zone
Ampofoa Adelaide Is studying BA Human Resources Management and Psychology. She is also Founder of The Adelaide Ampofoa Foundation and doubles as an Usher for UCF. She is also a Sales personnel and an Advocate for children.
Charlotte Agyapong is a Consumer Scientist, a Market Researcher and Brand Strategist. She has a passion for consumer and customer satisfaction and doubles as a Digital Marketer and Content Writer. She is currently a level 400 student pursuing a Bsc. Consumer Science in the University of Ghana, Legon.
Jonas Doku, is a Bsc. Administration (Accounting) level 300. A member of the University of Ghana athletics team. Deputy sports committee Head for Mensa Sarah hall. PRO for OMSU Legon and the chief usher for EPSU Legon. He has interest in video games, music and research. He takes pride in his Accountability, Transparency and Religion.
Paul Nana Aminssah Arthur is a level 300 student reading BA in Geography and Resource Development with Heritage Studies. He is an entrepreneur, a graphic designer and a Youth Advocate. He is currently the Public Relations Officer (PRO) for Legon Archaeology Student Association (LASA).
Rachael Kuukua Mensah is pursuing a BS in Administration, Accounting major. She is a Level 300 student who is passionate about her studies and contribution to society. She is extremely focused, caring and calm, she also loves to listen to music in her free time.
Sa-ad Tahiru, is a level 200 Human Resource Management and Sociology student. He is very hard working and loves volunteering. He is also currently a part of the Human Resource Management Students Association Publicity Committee.
